Snowdonia is often called ‘the UK’s number one activity centre‘, and for good reason – the varied landscape of forestry, mountains, open countryside, rivers, lakes and coast provide plenty of opportunities for enjoying adventurous outdoor activities.

There are dozens of adventure activities providers in the region, but the following all have something important in common: they all provide activities that can be booked through Snowdonia’s Tourist Information Centres using a special booking hub.

Kayaking and canoeing, stand up paddleboarding (SUP), coasteering (a combination of scrambling, climbing, cliff jumping and swimming), rock climbing, lake swims, sit on top kayaking – these are all available through Surf-Lines, with some activities suitable for children as well as complete beginners.
